Tiny KOReader user patch that forces a correct timezone inside the KOReader process (setenv + tzset). Fixes a wrong footer clock, a 'Synchronize time' that never helps, and AutoWarmth logging a bogus zone on framework-less installs (e.g. a jailbroken Kindle) where nothing exports TZ.
