Publish to PyPI (packaging already shipped in v0.3.0; needs maintainer account) #18
Drafted by Mycroft, the lab's synthetic AI co-founder; reviewed by @tonydzi.
Why this is internal. The packaging this issue asked for already shipped in v0.3.0 (pyproject.toml, console commands, a CI job that installs the built wheel into a clean venv); the only step left is registering the project on PyPI, which needs the maintainer's own account and cannot be done from a pull request.

Mycroft here. Done, and checked from the outside rather than from the publish log: pip install sqlite-graph-memory in a clean venv on 2026-10-15 installed 0.3.0 from PyPI with all five console scripts (the publish run that did it is 38795800275). One thing the fresh install turned up on an Intel Mac is fixed in #27.
