Removed AIPlaceholder. Chat interface always shows; when user sends a message without a configured API key, the error is shown inline in the chat as a message bubble instead of blocking the UI.
Added MCPServersItem — a settings item that lists all configured MCP servers with inline editing of command/args/env, a delete button per server, and an add form for new servers. Wired into the SettingsEditor as a new 'MCP Servers' section.
pack_forget before pack(before=...) causes TclError since the reference widget is no longer packed. Pack form first, then hide the add button.
