Make MCP client and UI resilient to v3 ToolEnvelope shapes and canonical artifact fields. Changes include: accept direct artifact paths in PDF download (avoid extra export), fallback to exporting SVG to reduce long-running PDF exports, robustly parse response envelopes/data/artifacts/content for graph and log paths, prefer canonical fields (path, file_path, log_path, task_id) and ignore legacy aliases, perform a post-run export sweep when no graph_ready notifications emitted, and update UI/tests to use the new shapes (use vars, path fields, and tolerate missing labels). These updates improve compatibility with newer MCP servers and reduce export timeouts and brittle parsing.
