Adds a
--watch-depsflag to@termuijs/dev-serverthat resolvesnode_modules/@termuijs/*symlinks and watches theirdist/directories.Hot reload now fires when any linked workspace package is rebuilt — fixing
the monorepo development workflow described in Karanjot786#2122.
