Updated `datadog-api-client` from 0.23 to 0.26 and `clap` from 4.4 to 4.5. Verified that the application builds and tests pass with the new versions. The `datadog-api-client` update spans minor versions 0.24, 0.25, and 0.26, but the API surface used by this application appears to be unaffected by breaking changes in those releases.
