Feature: Add option to use TTS for messages, filtered by contact / channel / keyword

I think there are definitely some use cases where you're wearing a headset where you'd want to hear some messages read aloud for hands-free, like for hunting. Or any situation where you want important messages without having to have phone in-hand.
