20+ years in software: release engineering, QA, product ownership, web development, and UX, with the last several years focused on digital accessibility.

What ties it all together is an interest toward problems that don't have a shape yet: I've founded and run a game studio, rebuilt QA processes from scratch, helped define how a company talks to its users... Lately I'm especially interested in how AI-assisted tooling can help teams build accessible software at scale, rather than just audit it after the fact.
