Adds
.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonand.claude-plugin/marketplace.json, which make the repository root both a Claude Code plugin and a one-plugin marketplace. The plugin's only component is the existingskills/tlgr/SKILL.md; nothing else at the root is a plugin directory (nocommands/,agents/,hooks/or.mcp.json), so nothing else loads.Users install it with:
versionis left out on purpose, so Claude Code versions the plugin by commit SHA and a tlgr release does not need a manifest bump.claude plugin validate .passes with that one warning.Tested from this branch: the marketplace added,
tlgr@tlgrinstalled, andclaude plugin details tlgrshowedSkills (1) tlgr, at about 110 tokens always-on and 1.4k when invoked. The README gets the two install commands next to the existingnpx skills addline.This is also the shape Anthropic's plugin directory takes (a GitHub repository holding the plugin), for a later submission there.
