Model-invokable checkpoint tools with OpenBrain ledger - #11

Expose checkpoint save/restore as model tools. Log all change events to OpenBrain for a persistent, searchable ledger across sessions.
Three checkpoint tools the model can call directly: - checkpoint_save: save workspace state before risky changes - checkpoint_restore: revert to a saved checkpoint - checkpoint_list: list all saved checkpoints Every checkpoint event is logged to OpenBrain (fire-and-forget via POST /api/capture) for a persistent, searchable change ledger across sessions. Graceful degradation if OpenBrain isn't running.
