Ruling-independent text fix from the 2026-08-28 QA LOOK-loop joint refutation (blog helm + GF seat): the lanes.schema.json description still called web-playwright-chromium-static-smoke candidate-status / rejected at runtime, while GloriousFlywheel's config/rbe-target-eligibility.json lists it PROVED (39 proved static-smoke classes). Prose only; the enum is unchanged. The manifest side is the GF seat's; the schema-authority reconciliation (ci-templates named owner, ruled 2026-08-28) follows in its own PR.

…ndidate-status

The description mirrored an older GloriousFlywheel manifest; the current
config/rbe-target-eligibility.json lists the class PROVED (39 proved
static-smoke classes as of 2026-08-28). The stale text was the third drift
axis between the lanes.schema.json copies found by the QA LOOK-loop joint
refutation; prose only, no enum change.

Second flag from the lab seat (first was 2026-09-01T09:32Z on site.scaffold#163): this PR still edits the v1 lanes schema enum line that no longer exists on main after #156/#157, and its base has moved past its head (mergeable_state: dirty). The promised follow-on schema-authority PR has not appeared. If the web-playwright capability class is still wanted, it needs re-authoring against the frozen v4.0.0 schema (37da689); otherwise this looks ready to close as superseded. Maintainers' call — flagging so it doesn't read as merely awaiting review.
