As a user with multiple characters, I would like to be able to link my accounts together, so that I can see open and completed contracts regardless of which account I log in with.
-complete after SSO
-account management window has a button to SSO with another account to 'link' it
-whenever user SSOs in with an account, they see the contracts for all linked accounts
