Oleg — Entrepreneur & Product Developer

I build and validate digital products end-to-end: from idea and research to a working release, infrastructure, quality gates, user feedback, and monetization experiments.

I am deliberately exploring several product lines instead of locking into one niche too early. The common thread is practical software that can become a real product: AI/MCP tools, Telegram & MAX Mini Apps, interactive products, games, and B2B automation.

Current focus

  • turning existing and new projects into sustainable, monetizable products;
  • practical AI/MCP tooling and agent workflows;
  • Telegram and MAX Mini Apps with mobile-first UX;
  • B2B automation, bots, and integrations;
  • production discipline: CI/CD, tests, security gates, privacy, rollback, and reproducible releases.

Selected products

Project What it is Status
1C AI Workbench Local-first, read-only AI/MCP workbench for evidence-based analysis of 1C:Enterprise configurations. Python + Rust + FastMCP + SQLite. Pilot-ready
OFELIYA: STRAIN ZERO Mobile portrait roguelite-survivor for MAX Mini Apps with a Telegram-compatible platform layer, social systems, competitive backend validation, and release hardening. Active / production hardening
Coder Survival Telegram Mini App game about surviving developer life: Preact + Phaser frontend, Node.js backend, PostgreSQL, squads, progression, and live-product infrastructure. Active
Moira RU/EN AI tarot product for Telegram with generated readings, voice features, experimental referrals, privacy controls, Telegram Stars, and idempotent payment handling. Release candidate
CONVERGENCE Mobile-first narrative incremental simulation about autonomous systems and instrumental convergence, currently represented by a deterministic 0–10 minute gameplay vertical slice. Vertical slice / beta hardening
MAX Games Hub A mobile-first hub of 12 enabled HTML5 games for MAX with a shared bridge, bot, privacy-aware analytics, daily mechanics, challenges, and explicit deployment gates. Soft-launch foundation
ChatBot24 B2B automation: bots, Mini Apps, lead flows, integrations, and applied AI for small and medium businesses. Commercial / B2B

Other engineering work

  • agent-core — reusable Python layer for versioned agent state, memory, skills, evidence, attention states, and research workflows.
  • egg-climb — deterministic TypeScript physics/gameplay architecture with Web Worker simulation and cross-browser replay verification.
  • avito-mcp — a downstream open-source fork/extension of the Avito MCP server with additional Ads/lookup tooling and hardening work.

How I build

I prefer shipping working systems over collecting prototypes.

My usual workflow is:

problem → research → prototype → working product → verification → deployment → feedback → monetization test

I use AI agents heavily as development leverage, but keep code, tests, evidence, release gates, and reproducible builds as the source of truth. For sensitive flows I prefer read-only, fail-closed, privacy-conscious defaults.

Stack I use in real projects

Languages: TypeScript · JavaScript · Python · Rust
Product: React · Preact · Phaser 3 · Vite · Node.js · FastAPI · FastMCP
Data: PostgreSQL · SQLite
Infrastructure: Docker · GitHub Actions · GitVerse CI/CD · Cloud.ru · Vercel
Platforms: Telegram · MAX · MCP

Product direction

My current goal is to identify the strongest product-market fit across the existing portfolio and new ideas, then concentrate development and monetization on the winners.

I am particularly interested in B2B pilots, product partnerships, Mini Apps, and practical AI/MCP integrations where a small team can move from idea to measurable production use quickly.
