fix: escaped server text, repeated snippet tags, wide names and terminal focus

• The terminal app no longer writes control characters from server-supplied names to the terminal; they show as �, tabs as spaces.
• A snippet with a repeated tag no longer blanks the Snippets screen; a host name shared by two hosts is listed once in the Run dialog and the host pickers.
• File sizes in the terminal app's file manager stay in their column next to CJK and emoji names.
• Closing the host picker or the command palette gives the keyboard back to the terminal.
• The terminal e2e test uses the current tab close label.
• clippy 1.99 passes again (double_must_use on async_trait output).
