feat: group, sort and reorder the dashboard

Closes #94.

• Group the dashboard by each host's first tag in both apps (g), with an Untagged section last; in the desktop app sections fold and stay folded.
• Sort the desktop dashboard by your own order, name or status from one View options menu.
• Drag a card by its handle, or move it with the arrow keys, to set your own order; it is saved and works for hosts from ~/.ssh/config too.
• Dashboard hotkeys no longer fire under dialogs or the command palette.
• The host editor notes that the first tag groups the host.
