Closes #105.

BMAD leaves the local environment per the owner ruling of 2026-09-05, carried
in claude-toolkit as issue 876, acceptance item 3. This repository is the only
one of the ten under ~/work that tracked its _bmad/ tree; the other nine
were untracked and were deleted in place.

What this removes

  • _bmad/ — 14 tracked files, the BMAD installer tree.
  • Two .gitignore lines, the now-dangling ignore rule for
    _bmad/config.user.toml.

What this deliberately leaves

  • _bmad-output/planning-artifacts/ — the brief, PRD, architecture and epics
for this repository. Work product, not tooling; removing the tool is not a
licence to delete what was written with it.
  • .claude/skills/bmad-* — roughly 130 files, and the source of the bmad-*
entries in a session's skill listing here. Out of the scope acceptance item 3
names, and worth its own decision.

Verification

git ls-files _bmad is empty at this head; grep -i bmad .gitignore is empty.
_bmad-output/ and .claude/skills/ are untouched by this diff.

BMAD leaves the local environment per the owner ruling of 2026-09-05.
Deletes the tracked `_bmad/` installer tree and the now-dangling
`.gitignore` rule for `_bmad/config.user.toml`.

Out of scope and left in place: `_bmad-output/planning-artifacts/`
(real planning artifacts, not tooling) and `.claude/skills/bmad-*`.
