Mycelium - MIGRATED — pull-first with 5920-insertion pull, redundant
stash dropped, HANDOFF deleted, SECURITY-AUDIT banner added,
backup.sh removed, cmd/serve comment updated to acknowledge
shared-backend reality, transferred, tier2 rulesets + 38 labels.
Discovered: RigRun is not brand-bleed — node/go-server/ is the
shared backend. Deeper separation is future refactor.
Auspex - DEFERRED — local prep + history cleanup COMPLETE (2 filter-repo
passes stripped 38 lab artifacts, force-pushed clean history
to jeranaias/auspex). Transfer blocked: org Team plan has
seats=1/1; 'insufficient collaborator seats' error. UI-side
fix needed: upgrade plan or interactive transfer.
Navigator - DEFERRED — RigRun (exx@100.109.172.64) SSH timeout 2x during
Step 5. Migration script ready, re-run when RigRun online.
Mycelium + RigRun + HawkStack + Signet + Alchemist + Pyros + Canopy + Meridian
= 8 of 10 systems migrated. 2 deferred with concrete blockers documented.

Auspex landed via the create-empty-org-repo + push-clean-history path
(per the handoff prompt, bypassing the org seat-limit transfer block).
The other Claude session executed cleanly:
- thornveil-ai/auspex created via gh api, push from local clone
- 7 tags pushed (v0.4.1 through v0.5.3)
- CODEOWNERS + label-sync caller committed (02e8b90) pre-protection
- Tier3 protection applied: enforce_admins=true, code_owner_reviews=true,
