DiversiFi is a retail savings app that detects your local currency's depreciation against USD, EUR, and gold — then helps you protect what matters through stablecoin allocation, gold-backed tokens, and yield vaults. Every Guardian decision is recorded on-chain, with AI reasoning anchored to 0G. The SME business FX layer (importer archetype, per-cycle drag reports, cycle-aware autonomous execution) is in development. The philosophy/values system is the retention moat. Full pitch:
docs/product.md.
Two things make DiversiFi unique. Everything else is commodity:
-
Currency-risk awareness — the ability to detect a visitor's country/currency and show them, in their own money, how much value their local currency has lost against global benchmarks. A Ghanaian visitor sees GHS depreciation. A Kenyan visitor sees KES. A US visitor sees USD's depreciation against gold. The risk is universal; the response is values-driven. Live FX rates are sourced from the fawazahmed0 open dataset (200+ currencies). What ships today: risk detection, philosophy-aware allocation guidance, and stablecoin/gold/yield protection for funds already on-chain. What doesn't ship yet: direct fiat-to-stablecoin conversion (users must convert via their own exchange first) and the full SME business FX drag report (a concierge CLI tool exists and is validating the math with real traders).
-
The philosophy/values system — no other product in DeFi or fintech has this. It's not a feature; it's a structural moat that creates identity-based retention and cultural community.
Current state (2026-07-31): The philosophy/values system and the retail currency-risk moment are live in the app. The SME business layer (importer archetype, purchase cycles, per-cycle drag reports, cycle-aware Guardian execution) is the north star and is sequenced in docs/sme-fx-implementation-plan.md. The concierge FX drag report (npx tsx scripts/fx-drag-report.ts) is already validating the math with real traders.
The DiversiFi Guardian is the autonomous agent that executes this protection — routing capital between Celo/Mento (local stablecoins, low-cost savings), Arbitrum (deep liquidity, RWA yield), and HashKey Chain (APAC regulated-market savings), with on-chain proof of every decision.
Live App: https://diversifiapp.vercel.app
Each chain has a genuine, irreplaceable role. The ledger of record follows the money — decisions settle on the chain where the action executes, not on a single canonical chain.
| Layer | Chain | Role | Why this chain |
|---|---|---|---|
| Savings + Identity | Celo | Hold, save, rebalance across local stablecoins (cUSD, cEUR, cREAL, KESm, COPm, PHPm). RecommendationLedger records savings decisions here. ERC-8004 agent identity. |
Regional Mento stablecoins exist nowhere else. Near-zero fees. SocialConnect ODIS identity. GoodDollar UBI. |
| Yield + Execution | Arbitrum | Deep-liquidity DEXs and RWA yield (Uniswap V3, 1inch, Camelot, PAXG, USDY, SYRUPUSDC). RecommendationLedger records yield decisions here. EIP-7702 path to on-chain ERC-7710 permission enforcement. |
Deepest USDC + RWA liquidity. EIP-7702-capable for true on-chain permission enforcement. |
| Evidence + Verifiability | 0G | Content-addressed Storage (evidence CIDs), TEE-verified Compute, DA (state snapshots). The tamper-proof evidence layer that both ledgers reference. | No other chain offers storage or verifiable inference. 0G is not the ledger of record — it is the proof layer. |
| Money Movement | Arbitrum / Arc / 0G (env-gated) | x402 nanopayment settlement rail for paid intelligence. SETTLEMENT_NETWORK=ARBITRUM|ZERO_G|ARC, SETTLEMENT_ENV=testnet|mainnet. |
Arbitrum has live Circle USDC on mainnet today; Arc and 0G mainnet settlement remain pending verified USDC contracts. |
| APAC savings + settlement | HashKey Chain (177) | Regulated-market savings ledger for East/SE Asia — Confucian / Gotong Royong hold/save decisions. Yield still executes on Arbitrum. Mainnet deploy pending HSK gas. | Fills the geographic + trust gap Celo (EM stables) and Arbitrum (global yield) do not cover. See docs/apac-rail.md. |
AI Reasoning Engine (Gemini → Venice → 0G Serving → Modal): Multi-provider failover chain. Each response is tagged with the provider that produced it.
x402 Settlement Rail (Autonomous Economics): Premium intelligence flows are gated by HTTP 402 challenges settled on the configured rail (ARBITRUM recommended for mainnet, ZERO_G default, ARC optional; testnet or mainnet). External agents pay USDC to consume Mento depeg + inflation + yield intelligence.
- Intelligence Gateway: x402-gated Mento depeg + inflation + yield intelligence, open to any agent via SDK. The Guardian is the reference consumer; external agents are consumers #2+.
- Chain-Aware Ledger:
RecommendationLedgerrecords decisions on the chain where the money moves — Celo for savings, Arbitrum for yield. Each entry references a 0G Storage evidence CID. - Guardian Pulse: AI-synthesized market insights, powered by real-time data and anchored for truth via 0G.
- Proactive Pilot: Autonomous rebalancing intent discovery, allowing users to approve complex financial strategies with one tap.
- 0G Audit Trail: An in-app dashboard to verify the raw evidence and decision logs of your agent.
- Chain-Aware Routing: Guardian chooses Celo for EM stable-savings, Arbitrum for liquidity/RWA yield, and (planned) APAC rail for regulated-market Asia savings. Each chain has a verified ledger of record where the money moves.
- Frictionless Onboarding: Secure, social-login-first (Privy) UX that abstracts away the complexity of managing agent wallets.
- ERC-8004 Agent Identity: agentId 9654, registry

AG Grid (free Community edition) could make DiversiFi's currency risk tables, portfolio allocation views, and recommendation ledger sortable/filterable — letting users sort currencies by depreciation rate, filter by region, or group allocations by chain without custom table code.
