feat: Add removable media auto-docking and alignment options

Hey everyone,

I wanted to contribute a couple of quality-of-life features that I felt were missing:

1. Auto-mount Removable Drives:

   • Plugged-in USB drives / external disks now automatically show up as dynamic folders in the pinned folders section.
   • Left-click opens the folder stack popover (or file manager), and right-click provides quick actions like opening in terminal, copying mount path, and safely ejecting/unmounting.
   • Respects theme folder icons.

2. Bottom Dock Alignment:

   • Added support for Center, Left, and Right alignments along the bottom screen edge with smooth transitions.

Note / Heads up on testing:
I've been using this on my daily setup and it works nicely so far, but honestly I couldn't test every possible edge case (different multi-monitor setups, unusual filesystem types, etc.) so there might still be some rough edges or bugs. I'd really appreciate it if you could test it out, review the code, and let me know if anything needs tweaking.
