The MCP registry rejects server.json descriptions over 100 characters (422, expected length <= 100 on body.description). The description shipped in 1.14.1 and 1.15.0 was 113 characters, so the 1.15.0 registry publish failed validation.

New (100 characters): "Real-time SEC Form 4, Form 144, 13F-HR & congressional STOCK Act insider data. 37 tools + 6 prompts."

With this change the publish passes validation; it then needs a fresh registry login. The npm package is unaffected (already published as form4api-mcp@1.15.0).

The MCP registry rejects descriptions over 100 characters (422 on
body.description). The 113-character description shipped in 1.14.1 and
1.15.0.
