Table 3 - Copy/Paste mistake?

Hi!

just some minor remarks...

I guess there are a few copy/paste mistakes regarding the compatibilities of licenses in table 3.

e.g.: ODC-ODbL and CC-BY-NC-SA are not compatible due to concurring ShareAlikes, which is correctly indicated in Cell "License1: CC-BY-NC-SA & License2: ODC-ODbL" but not in Cell "License2: CC-BY-NC-SA & License1: ODC-ODbL"

or the uncertainty in combining OS OpenData with some of the licenses, indicated with "?", which is only done for Cells with OS OpenData as License1.
