Summary
Updates all dependencies and migrates the build from Scala Native 0.4 to Scala Native 0.5.
The long-standing blocker for SN 0.5 was http4s itself: the 0.23.x series was published for Native 0.4 only through 0.23.33, then switched to Native 0.5 starting with 0.23.34 — so the http4s update and the SN 0.5 migration go hand in hand. No source changes were needed, and no epollcat-style workarounds are required since cats-effect 3.6 ships an integrated polling system.
