Localization syntax fixes:
ENTER_PASSWORDandLANGUAGE_CHANGED_RESTART_MSGin bothresourcesandl10nfor Korean and Russian.UPDATE_QUESTIONin Portuguese (resourcesandl10n) and syncedLANGUAGE_CHANGED_RESTART_MSG.Network updater version formatting:
network_update.cfrom%X.%02Xto%d.%02dso it matchesmain.c. This prevents versions like2.16(minor = 0x10) from displaying as2.10in the update prompt dialog.
