Adds passive Meshtastic/LoRa packet reception via the T-Deck SX1262 (lora_scanner.h/cpp), a circular GPS track buffer for the GPS Track app (gps_track.h/cpp), LoRa radio control pins to tdeck_board.h, and RadioLib + FD_ENABLE_LORA to the t-deck platformio env.
