• Create Clip from Moment — mark a range, click once: the clip is cut, the vertical facecam layout switches on, and you're walked to captions.
• Batch-prep a whole inbox and batch-queue prepared shorts for longform.
• Stitch clips into a preview sequence, transcribe captions, and export.
• Build a horizontal longform derivative from queued prepared shorts.
• Draw a facecam guide once over a grabbed frame — remembered every session for recurring stream layouts, with a live preview of the vertical composition.

• 1-click caption engine download (whisper.cpp, ~75 MB) — no Python, no pip, no terminal.
• Optional speaker separation (sherpa-onnx, ~50 MB), same one-click model.
• Editable captions with speaker colors, ASS/SRT export, and burn-in control.

Getting started

Run from source

Browser-only mode:

The local app runs on http://localhost:3000 by default.

Build the EXE

build.bat

Outputs dist\clipline.exe.
