While I do agree in principle, I also think that auto closing a PR without any human interaction is pretty harsh for a first time contributor who wants to get into open source development. And we've already had one PR where someone made a decently good and well intended contribution but simply missed the AI disclosure part. And I can't quite blame them since I really don't like how bad Github displays PR templates compared to how nicely they can do it for issues.
So I'd say we should limit this action to an automatic comment?

Makes sense to me. I will change it to only leave a comment on creations and edits
