Description
Objective
Turn the documented production case into an auditable public artifact without exposing credentials, personal data, client material, or unsafe operational details.
Acceptance criteria
- inventory code, configuration, logs, identifiers, and data flows
- replace production traces with consented or synthetic examples where necessary
- document webhook validation, deduplication, state transitions, and external effects
- run a security and privacy review before publication
- state free-tier, maintenance, permission, and reliability limitations
Claim boundary
A successful production event does not establish an SLA, long-term reliability, or general safety.

Completed by PR #8. The published package includes a bilingual detailed case, evidence ledger, publication/security review, and schema-valid synthetic trajectory. Production artifacts remain private. Reliability and privacy remediations are tracked separately in private repository issues #1 and #2.
