Prepare v0.1.0 archival release and Zenodo DOI #5
Description
Objective
Archive a reproducible v0.1.0 package only after the public fixture and quality workflow are merged and reviewed.
Acceptance criteria
- complete privacy and secret review of every release artifact
- confirm citation metadata and add ORCID if the author chooses to provide one
- freeze a release commit and record hashes
- connect GitHub to Zenodo or an equivalent archive
- create the release and verify the DOI resolves to the archived artifacts
- update CITATION.cff and README with the DOI
Claim boundary
The DOI makes the artifact citable; it does not make calibration results confirmatory.

ORCID metadata is now complete via PR #9: https://orcid.org/0009-0007-1104-9204 is present in CITATION.cff, CodeMeta, project READMEs, and the GitHub profile. This removes the identity-metadata dependency for the v0.1.0 release; artifact review, freezing, Zenodo connection, and DOI verification remain open.
