StartupHub.ai exposes a live, paying MPP endpoint: pay-per-call AI startup intelligence (company profile, sectors, funding history, detected tech stack) for 23k+ AI companies.

• Discovery: https://www.startuphub.ai/.well-known/payment
• Settles real USDC on Base via x402 (self-hosted relayer, confirmed on-chain); also accepts a Stripe fiat rail in the same 402 challenge.

Checklist:

• Live and accepting MPP payments (confirmed on-chain USDC settlement on Base)

• Registering on MPPScan

Note: this service settles USDC on Base via x402 (+ Stripe fiat), not the Tempo rail, so I modeled the x402/Base payment explicitly rather than TEMPO_PAYMENT. Happy to adjust to your preferred representation.
