We've spent the entire project's lifetime on 1.12.x, it's about time we embrace the modern age. This is a mistake.

Description

Updated the packets, registries, emebeded data and about just about everything else. Login and general useage works, but there might be packets I missed that will cause crashes later. That should be great fun to fix.

Motivation and Context

Targeting a modern version is a good idea for a few reasons:

  1. If we stick to an older version the wiki will get more and more out of date
  2. Newer versions come with new stuff to play around with
  3. Most people would rather play on new versions, so that'll help project interest

How has this been tested?

Compiles and runs just fine, packets, mob IDs and particles seem to work nicely.
