We've spent the entire project's lifetime on 1.12.x, it's about time we embrace the modern age. This is a mistake.
Description
Updated the packets, registries, emebeded data and about just about everything else. Login and general useage works, but there might be packets I missed that will cause crashes later. That should be great fun to fix.
Motivation and Context
Targeting a modern version is a good idea for a few reasons:

Compiles and runs just fine, packets, mob IDs and particles seem to work nicely.
