What changed
Why
A command-pattern fallback could select a vendor ROS 2 launch command with the same package and launch file. Session ownership keeps Blacknode lifecycle operations scoped to processes Blacknode started.
Impact
ROSOrin vendor bringup remains outside Blacknode session shutdown and retains its normal boot behavior.
Validation
Included in the combined extension suite: 288 passed, 4 skipped.
