--with-hooks— default install no longer auto-injectsSessionStart+PreToolUse/BeforeToolhooks. Re-install without the flag strips marker-tagged entries; user-authored hooks untouched. Skill-based passive route (indexing-code) remains the cleaner default.model · context-% · cost · git-root-dir(⋮ separator).
