Adding Write Wall, a Chrome extension I maintain. It's a markdown scratchpad that syncs through the signed-in Chrome account via chrome.storage.sync, so Write Wall itself runs no server and needs no signup. Notes are stored as plain markdown, and the 4.0 release that shipped this week raised the document ceiling to about 95 KB.
Against the checklist: it's in Web UI (same category as NattyNote, the other browser extension on the list), alphabetical order after TiddlyWiki, SPDX license and tech stack included, no duplicate, and the repo is actively maintained.
