GitHub showed the older Desktop release on the repository homepage because 3.0.0-alpha.2 was marked as a prerelease. The existing release is now published as a full GitHub Release and selected as Latest, as requested; align the bilingual README and release note wording while retaining the Alpha version label.
Validation: the public latest-release API returns desktop-v3.0.0-alpha.2 with prerelease=false; all nine asset IDs, sizes and digests are unchanged. The bilingual documentation gate and diff whitespace check pass.
