flutterCon India was incorrectly added to networking, data, and devops category files. This moves it to general.json where it belongs.

• Removed entry from 2026/networking.json, 2026/data.json, 2026/devops.json
• Added entry to 2026/general.json (sorted by date, end of November entries)
