Migrate Robot Code to 2027

We need to migrate literally everything in our robot to prepare for SystemCore, WPILiB 2027, and Commands V3. We also need to fix logging. However, because 2027 does not support the Rio, all changes will be kept in the wpilib-2027 branch.

Affecting #470 #472 #471, RevLib has accidentally removed some features that they are working to fix. No progress should be made ideally
