fixes #637
adds Networking options into settings (page three) to choose WiFi, but also indicates signal strength AND internet access.
adds fields to settings (page3) for entering a google drive folder ID and SQL Server connection info.
adds image to AppLaunch to indicate if we have internet (so you know if you want to go to settings)
adds image to Submit data to show signal strength and internet access. Meant for information, but also will enable/disable Google and Database options if no internet is available.
adds a class for doing Network related actions.
