Summary

  • align English and Japanese onboarding with the implemented v0.2 scope
  • document the current public API, release boundaries, and source/registry installation paths
  • enforce documentation consistency in the normal CI quality gate

Verification

  • python3 scripts/test-public-documentation.py
  • python3 scripts/verify-doc-links.py
  • python3 scripts/test-release-readiness.py
  • python3 scripts/verify-release-packaging.py
  • workspace format, Clippy, tests, rustdoc, and MSRV checks
  • exact-head GitHub Actions results

Scope

  • no archive parser, decompression, extraction, indexing, or CLI behavior changes
  • no crates.io publication, tag, or GitHub Release in this PR
