Add opencode (https://opencode.ai) as a Keystone host, closing #5.

  • init: register opencode in the agent catalog, marker detection (.opencode / opencode.json), AGENTS.md menu, target bundle, and the adapter triple (lifecycle / activation / sensors).
  • project: new internal/framework/adapters/opencode package, opt-in via keystone.json adapters. Mirrors skills/agents/commands and globbed guide rule-shims into .opencode/, then registers .opencode/rules/*.md in opencode.json's instructions array. Wired into project + watch. Export primitive.RenderForHost so opencode reuses the exact Claude Code bytes.
  • mcp install --agent opencode: write the server into opencode.json's mcp key as a local (stdio) server, preserving other keys.
  • docs: README hosts + mcp note, adapters README row.

opencode instructions are always-on (no per-edited-file gating like Cursor), so projected rules load every turn — documented in the adapter's activation guide.
