Verified: 11/11 green on 5c2addf; flake.lock only; in a runner-like env with no identity, the release commit is authored and committed by github-actions[bot] and holds exactly the bump's tree; the release dry-run lists 17 releases.

Every command ran like the version job runs it: a fresh clone with no
pnpm install(so no huskycore.hooksPath),nix develop --ignore-environment, emptyHOMEandXDG_CONFIG_HOME,GIT_CONFIG_NOSYSTEM=1, noGIT_AUTHOR_*/GIT_COMMITTER_*/EMAIL, and only the runner'sgitadded toPATH. In that shellgit var GIT_COMMITTER_IDENTfails withfatal: unable to auto-detect email address.version-management bump: exit 0.@systemfsoftware/stryker-jsgoes to 18.0.0; 35 modified, 20 intents deleted, 1 newtest/e2e-core/CHANGELOG.md; 18CHANGELOG.mdfiles gain a section; nothing parked.pnpm guard:projects: exit 0, "17 publishable package(s) each carry exactly one section for their version, and no section is parked".github-release-management pragainst a local bare remote (viaurl.<bare>.pushInsteadOfin the clone's own.git/config) and a fake GitHub API (GITHUB_API_URL), with an untracked.release/captured.jsonand aresultsymlink in the checkout: exit 0,created release PR #1.
