Updating for v3

A different style of dataProvider is required for react-admin v3.x. There is a translation tool, but overall it makes for neater code if refactored to the new object based style.

I refactored the dataProvider you supplied for v3, and put it up as a gist:

Hello everyone,

I have been working on react-admin v3 data provider for Django REST framework. Current library is written in typescript includes Django backend app and react-app client example application and tests.

As this is first release I would like to get some input before asking react-admin team to include it in the ecosystem.There is relevant issue here marmelab/react-admin#3843
