The installed swiftly on macOS version the very latest one (https://github.com/swift-actions/setup-swift/blob/main/src/swiftly/installers/macos.ts#L27), so the Linux side should probably replicate this behavior.

The installed swiftly on macOS version is the most recent download (https://github.com/swift-actions/setup-swift/blob/main/src/swiftly/installers/macos.ts#L27), so the Linux side should probably replicate this behavior rather than including the version number (1.1.0, although the latest is 1.1.1) in the URL.
