- Fix '!' shell passthrough: trim/prefix desync produced an empty command for leading whitespace; failures now report the exit code visibly. - Auto prompt uplift: PromptUpgrade::wrap now analyzes every chat message (depth tier, decomposed steps, constraints, verification hints) and embeds a deterministic <uplift> block alongside the raw intent. - Anda Engine bridge: new 'aimee pod connect <workspace>' probes the KIP nexus activity signal (active/inactive only) before handing the session to the pod ssh transport; dTEE transport stays unimplemented until ldclabs ships it (doctor/ui text updated accordingly). - /master built-in command: eight-stage pipeline that sequences every existing command (explain -> design -> swarm -> implement -> review -> harden -> test-plan -> ship) from one palette entry. - scripts/export-hermes-skills.sh: idempotent exporter mirroring saved Hermes Agent skills into .aimee/skills/; 101 skills exported and committed so workspaces load them project-locally. The 'Upgraded' commit changed prompt templates (swarm policy, verification contract, security baseline, summary-frame wording) and made Model.pricing lenient without refreshing snapshots or the strict-parse assertion. - Accept new snapshot output for orch system prompts, command generator, and compact summary frames (cargo insta test --accept). - test_deserialize_model_with_invalid_string_pricing now asserts both layers of the current contract: Pricing rejects non-numeric strings with the original error, while Model drops the bad payload so provider /model lists still load. The 'Upgraded' commit updated the npm publish repository in crates/aimee_ci/src/workflows/release_publish.rs but shipped a stale .github/workflows/release.yml. The generator test regenerates the file and fails closed on drift (OutdatedWorkflow) in CI. Re-run locally to produce the committed content matching the current generator. !shell passthrough fixed: leading whitespace produced an empty command (bare-shell spawn); failures were silent. Now the command is echoed, non-zero exits are reported, and empty!prints usage.
