Description
Refactor the main FastAPI application and log analysis module to improve readability and maintainability. Simplifications include:
centralized upload validation and temporary file handling
cleaner user store and JWT helper abstractions
simplified SSE progress streaming
more concise log timestamp parsing and gap classification
preserved existing functionality with improved structure
