Fixes #1471.

What

Adds watchosDeviceArm64() to watchosTargets(), so every module built with allTargets() publishes it, and lists it in the module READMEs.

App Store submissions built with the watchOS 26 SDK need the arm64 slice alongside arm64_32. Without this target, a Kotlin Multiplatform project can't resolve these modules for watchosDeviceArm64.

Dependencies

I checked Maven Central for a -watchosdevicearm64 artifact at the versions in libs.versions.toml, and they all exist: kotlinx-datetime, kotlinx-coroutines-core and -test, kotlinx-serialization-json, kotlinx-collections-immutable, kermit, the Ktor client modules including darwin and mock, okio, cryptography-core and -provider-optimal, multiplatform-settings-no-arg, -coroutines and -test, and turbine.

ApolloGraphQL declares its own watchOS targets, so I left it unchanged.

Testing

I'm on Windows without the Xcode SDK, so I haven't compiled this. The macOS assemble job in build.yml should be the first real build of this target. The watchOS tests in test.yml run on the simulator and x64 targets, so they won't exercise it.

AI disclosure

Claude Code (Claude Opus 5.5) made this change, checked the dependencies and wrote this description.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

App Store builds for watchOS 26 need the arm64 slice next to arm64_32, so
projects that depend on these modules could not resolve them for it.
