The
supabase-serverskill still presented the deprecated Hono adapter as the default integration, and its documentation table pointed installed-package users atsrc/adapters/README.md, a file that is not in the npm tarball. This PR rewrites the skill's Hono quick start around the@supabase/middlewarebridge, with the deprecation notice, theauthvalue to entry mapping, thewithClaims()warning from the frameworks guide, and the note that the bridge needs@supabase/middlewareas a direct dependency, and repoints the documentation table at the README's Framework Adapters section. It also marks every adapter export@deprecatedwith the December 1, 2026 removal date, adds the deprecation warning to the four adapter docs, retires the "contribute an adapter" text inCONTRIBUTING.mdandsrc/adapters/README.md, and extendspnpm smoke:packto fail when the shipped skill names a.mdpath missing from the package.Closes #187
