Summary

Adds a complete, categorized index of the Postgres best-practice reference files to skills/supabase-postgres-best-practices/SKILL.md.

This makes the available rules directly discoverable from the skill instead of requiring agents to guess filenames or enumerate the references/ directory.

Changes

• Replace the short example list in ## How to Use with links to all 31 current rule files
• Group rules under the existing 8 priority categories
• Add concise summaries so agents can choose the relevant reference before loading it
• Keep references/_sections.md linked for category metadata

Testing

• git diff --cached --check
• Verified all 31 rule files are linked from SKILL.md
• pnpm test

The Skills CI workflow appears to have expired after waiting for approval for 30 days. No CI jobs were executed.
