This PR adds support for the pironman5 utilities on archlinux ARM.
I tested it on my local installation, to install the dependencies depending on the available package manager.
Some minor code refactoring had been included too in the process.
The most relevant (and hopefully harmless) change is the LD_LIBRARY_PATH env variable setup in the pironman5.service part of the code, which explicitly sets where the libraries should be loaded from.
I tried to reduce undesired code formatting changes as most as possible.
I have not tested much the pm_dashboard, but this should expand the compatibility of the current work!
