Useful for visualizing the parameters for IntegratePeaksProfileFitting in Mantid.

• showPeakFit.ipynb will allow you to visualize parameters. If mantidplotnightly is not in the python path, the necessary libraries are included as .py files
• doProfileFitting.py is a script that can be run from MantidNightly to integrate a whole peak set. This is temporary until a permanent solution is integrated with Mantid.
