Alp Suleyman

Entrepreneur · Singapore

Fourteen years running growth and operations for digital products. Managed sizeable budgets, ran teams of 100+, secured capital for high-tech ML/LLM initiatives at Blockville. Started as the youngest EU project coordinator in 2011; still building.

Along the way, I built growth-side experience through projects at TTGV, IBM, Sabancı, World Bank and EIF.

Track record on LinkedIn — currently at Mighty Raccoon Studios (Co-Founder, 700M+ views · 2.6M community). Previously at Blockville Digital Assets (Managing Partner, $57M valuation · transferred to Doğan) and Creasaur Entertainment → Zynga acquisition.

Social Impact

Somewhere along the way I decided I want to help heal the world in small pieces, through what we build and who we build with. It's the biggest reason I keep at tech.

Entrepreneurship

Education

  • EC Youth Projects — 2009–2012 · 30+ NGOs across Europe · ~€200K budget
  • TTGV Tech Programs — coding, robotics and AI education for 100,000+ high school students

Sustainability

  • Tracker Oak — 3,000+ oak trees · 100+ volunteers · World Bank–referenced
  • Sogef — 25 university-led initiatives · Social Entrepreneur award, Anadolu Foundation
  • Sogla — 100+ sustainability models · 1,000+ social entrepreneurs consulted · World Bank–recognized

Currently thinking about

AI

  • agentic engineering — designing agents that actually finish
  • context engineering — memory, retrieval, and the shape of what an agent sees
  • multi-agent orchestration — specialists over generalists, wired to a plan

Growth

  • GTM engineering — go-to-market as an engineered system, not a deck
  • category design — creating the lane before racing in it
  • platform & ecosystem strategy — how digital assets, networks and communities compound

On GitHub

  • evolve — one command, whole team. A Claude Code skill that runs a disciplined review-and-improve loop on any web project. Council reasoning, per-project memory, hard guard rails against fake progress. MIT.
  • cli-todo-for-agentic — fullscreen TUI todo built for how I actually work with agents. Ink 7 + React 19. MIT.

More tooling will land here as I move it out into the open.
